Experience (key highlights):

• Over 22+ years of experience in Electricity, Utility, Renewable Energy, and Mega Solar Projects in addition to the Advisory in IPP & Electrical, Generation, Transmission and Distribution system.
• Involved in several renewable energy projects in USA, Germany, Australia, South Korea, Nepal, Africa & India where I was one of the key persons who delivered these projects assuring high quality and to global standards
• Early involvement in an effort of global research and analysis of Medium & Large Scale Solar power plants, Mega Projects, Energy Analysis, Power Warranties, Power plant analysis, Headed Global operations before joining Utilities in Middle East.

Role  and responsibilities in DEWA:

• Involved and Lead in Strategic Implementation of IPP’s and  5,000MW Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Park
• Advisor & Technical Lead in first 200MW Solar IPP, 800MW Solar IPP & 700MW CSP closely working with cross sector entities on policy and framework development of IWPP model and Renewable standards in Dubai.
• Technical lead in Installation of Solar PV Test facility at SMBR Park, CSP test facility and supporting R&D  center
• Involved in DRRG” Shams Dubai”  program as technical team member from S&BD
• Actively involved in Renewable Energy, Diversification of Energy mix and Energy Security as per DIES 2030 strategy.
