About the Program
This course provides an overview of Agile Project Management concepts and practices. It will provide you with an understanding how Agile projects differ from Traditional projects and how they can be managed effectively. Interactive exercises will acquaint you with the practices and concepts,  and help you understand the differences between current traditional processes and the Agile approach.  While Agile began in the software industry, this course is designed to be a general representation of Agile practices that can be applied to any industry.
